There is no way around the digitization of business models in the future. And their sustainable orientation from the outset is elementary if we want to do justice to the european goals. This applies to corporations and start-ups as well as to medium-sized companies. The challenge: SMEs are positioned very differently and therefore need individual and, above all, practicable and affordable solutions. Monika Huber and I would like to accompany you on this path in our two-day “Sustainable Digital Business Ramp Up” training – either online or live in Munich and Mannheim (other cities are possible). We are particularly interested in your specific questions and concerns, which you can send us after your registration so that we can work on them in the training.
Learn from others – and go your own way
In the training, we will first look at a number of best practice examples to illustrate how different digital business models can look. After that, it’s your turn: You work out the status quo in your company with all the circumstances and then apply various digital as well as sustainability principles to develop further ideas for digitizing the business model. If you want to go a step further, we can also bring in the aspect of sustainability.
Afterwards, we will work out an individual plan to make your organization more digital and sustainable step by step. We will take the other workshop participants on board as sparring partners. In order to arrive at innovative solutions, we deliberately rely on diversity in the workshop. If you wish, we will be happy to accompany you in our function as business coaches on your transformation path.
