It was an honor for me to hold a training session on the topic of “New Work” for professors at the BayZiel Training Center this year.

We were a very diverse group that developed and reflected on a mini-format. There will now even be a circle beyond the course.

This was enriching and important for teaching future skills at German universities as well.
