Happy to learn in a transformative surrounding 🙂

What I particularly liked about the workshop #Liberating Structures was the open, constructive cooperation at eye level and the democratic way of making decisions in large groups. I feel particularly comfortable in such contexts, as they are appreciative, creative and solution-oriented. Freedom and productivity are very important for transformative innovation .
